It was only when the Create Slideshow option was mentioned in another thread that I realised that such a things exists.
I've been having a 'play' and created a simple slideshow. I now want to show it to people but can't find a way. It is too large to be sent as an email attachment; Facebook Messenger says it's too large as well - and many of my friends don't use Facebook any way. I did wonder about linking it to a Forum I frequent, but the file is far too large for that too.
I was just wondering whether anyone has been successful in sharing their slideshow and, if so, how. I do not have Premier Elements.

According to WeTransfer they can send files up to 2 GB. It will depend on how large your file is if this would work for you. I also think there is a limit as to how long the file remains visible, but people should be able to download from there to their computers for viewing.

ChrisAnn, When you choose the Export>Export to Local Disk option, your slide show will be exported as an MP4 file. If the file is too large, you can compress it and, then, e-mail it.
I noticed you have PSE 15. Here is some information on the Slide Show feature in your version.

Hi Chris Ann,
I use Mega, a fee online file sharing service, to share large videos.
After I upload the video, I simply email the link to it to whoever I want to share the video with.
A similar online file sharing service is Dropbox.
I don't like compressing videos too much because the degradation in video and audio quality can become noticeable.

Thanks for the recommendations. Thanks for the link Sepiana - I'll study it carefully. Many of my friends are elderly (even older than me!) and have little understanding of their computers so whatever I do needs to be simple and straight-forward - one click is about their limit. I've tried Dropbox with them in the past but that was too complicated as none of them had it set up (and Dropbox has started charging for more than three sources - and we have 5 in our house). I've seen mention about WeTransfer but never taken it further so will do so now. And I'll certainly look at Mega. I just knew I'd get help from here, thanks a lot.

ChrisAnn, you are most welcome! Glad to help.
You were an EV member, weren't you? WeTransfer was highly recommended on that forum; many of us used it (including myself). It is very straightforward, not complicated to use. With the free service, the file will be available for 7 days.

... And I'll certainly look at Mega. ... No problem Chris Ann. You can also optionally set an expiry date and password on the link to the video. When someone clicks the link they will have the option to view the video in their browser and/or download the video.
