That house of Helen's looks like it's about to collapse - here's a collapse encouraged with a few explosives. This was one frame from a series I took during the collapse. You can see the series as a video here. Tony

Did you take that video? It looks like all that dust was headed to those boats! Really well done!

In fact it wasn’t a true video but a rapid sequence of stills merged into an animated gif in PS. Being on dry land with a tripod helped a lot! Tony

This one isn't going anywhere soon - HMS President, built in 1918. Took this shortly after she had been painted in dazzle camouflage. Was permanently moored on the Thames in London but has now been moved to a new location awaiting renovation (not sure if that includes a new paint job!

The dock at Hearne Lake Lodge, Northwest Territories. June 2018. We had to cancel our 2020 trip because of you know what. Next year! Right?

A tad arrogant of me. Oh well. Me at 11 minutes after midnight near Taloyoak, Nunavut inside the Arctic Circle at 70° north latitude. Land of the Midnight Sun.
Very great experience. Fishing did not turn out as planned as it had been a cold "spring," the Arctic ocean was frozen shore to shore and the Arctic char run was late. Still a grand time.

I always feel a bit sad, when I see huge structures come tumbling down. I wouldn't have liked being in any of those boats.
