Thanks for the opening Peterj ... this is one of my all-time fave bird photos. Tundra swans. Southern Alberta, November 2019. Posted here before. Oh well.   |

An old wooden house at the south end of the Porcupine Hills in southern Alberta, August 7, 2020. I "found" this house while scouting for locations to take Milky Way and northern light photos. This would be great for lights, but it's on private property, although I could probably get permission. The big issue is it's 200 m off the county road and I hate the dark. And there things that go bump in the night in this country, like bears ... and my own shadow.   |
