In all other earlier Organizers when I've opened up the latest photo was the first one visible. Now it is the oldest picture which appears. This isn't good as those from that long ago are stored on an external drive which isn't always plugged in.
In Preferences > General > Show Oldest First within each Day is ticked but I can't find/remember what to tick to get the most recent set of photos at the top of the list.
Any ideas how to resolve this please?

 Thanks Sepiana. How come I just knew you'd know? I think what happened is that I had 'Grid' beneath the Import drop down and therefore lost the 'Sort by' option. My next problem is where to keep this information (and the other problems you've resolved for me) so that next time I upgrade I will know where to find these tricky little actions?  I'm thinking a Word file might just about do it as long as I save it somewhere sensible.

Chris, you are most welcome! Credit where credit is due. I learnt this from our in-house Organizer guru -- michelb . I have kept an ongoing Word file with this kind of information since the EV forum days. I myself find it very useful. |
