On my MacBookPro, how do I get 2020 to open with the Photo Editor Workspace instead of "What would you like to do today?"

My guess is the 2020 is the same as 2019, You need to launch it from this as shown below, or drag it to you DOCK  |

This YouTube video shows how to open PSE 2019 directly into the Photo Editor Workspace and I imagine it would work the same for PSE 2020. Berengaria I apologise for causing confusion as I posted before but the link didn't work so I deleted my post. Anyway here it is again.
