Union Pacific 4014 Big Boy. Largest Steam Locomotive entering Marana, AZ. There was quite a crowd intent on seeing it running on the rails.

When the sun briefly appeared between frequent heavy rain showers, I went outside to try to capture a fleeting rainbow - instead I noticed my own shadow on the grass in front of me, so there was a perfect illustration of this week's theme. Unfortunately, I look about five stone heavier than I actually am (honestly!). i.ibb.co/kD3WCb5/Shadow.jpg Dennis

Yeah Dennis, this time of year I've found that the angle of the sun adds quite a few pounds as well. ;-)

Stumbled on a "learn to use your camera" class out in the wild today. The students were more than happy to have me take their photo for my project, and the teacher was someone I knew, so we had a good chat. Win, win, win. Thanks for the theme Sepiana and kdcintx!

Unfortunately, I look about five stone heavier than I actually am (honestly!). Dennis Dennis, a simple (uncluttered) composition yet a classic! Love how you captured your shadow. Cameras do add a few pounds; nothing to be concerned about (honestly).

Bill, your stumbling paid off. This is a great example of a photo taken by someone who knows his camera. You could be teaching that class!
