Adding Textures and Snow to images tutorial

I'm got this recently from Matt Kloskowski and it's a simple easy description of how to add textures and other things (in this case snow) to images - and also how to find suitable ones on the internet.  I was amused because Matt is in Florida while I'm in Ontario - we both have Cardinals at this time of the year but I don't need to go find snow on the internet to add to a photo (although it looks like it's going to be a green Christmas).  Although Matt describes the techniques for Photoshop and ON1 it should work much the same in PSE
