I like old barns; is that one significant to you in any way ?
It looks like a lot of the barns I see in New York and Pennsylvania, except no Harvestores or silos.
I suspect that big blue metal tank is a slurry tank.
Thanks for sharing.

BuckSkin,
It is just a barn that is in NY, but has no significance to me. I don't own the property although I sure wish I did! It is no longer a working barn but it is a beauty. There was a 130 yr old barn I drove by all the time and a couple of winters ago a large snow storm crushed it. I had sworn I was going to stop and take some photos and by the time I decided to, it was gone. The moral of the story - don't put off taking some of those photos!! Thanks for your comments.

This image looks so old, that it would crumble to dust if touched. Brilliant effect, blackmutt.

guess I am going through a texture phase right now. The photo is mine, the birds are a brush from Distressed Textures and the overlays are from ? I forget. My inspiration for this is from an amazing (at least I think so) artist named Jamie Heiden. Check out her Flickr page.i.ibb.co/mF4jx87/DSC-3248.jpg

Love your line of trees. Looking at her work you found a landscape that I could see her choosing as well. Nicely done. And thanks for telling us about her art, I can see why it inspired you!

This reminds me of Constable paintings. Love it.

Brilliant. If you get as good with learning layer masks, then they will be well worth seeing.

I have just taken a look at the site of Lenabem Anna-j. (Which you also mentioned). I can really appreciate your fascination for these sort of images, now.
