A very basic try at something. Does anyone know of any easy to follow tutorials on how to clip parts on photos and place the on other photos? It can be the same clip or copy and I can move it around or flip it etc. Maybe I don't need a tutorial but some basic instruction.....Thanks in advance. i.ibb.co/9YSGv4S/DSC-4014-2.jpg

At Helen's suggestion - here is a link to my inspiration. Makes my attempt look like a third grader's work! www.ashrafularefin.com/

Thank you!, but I am sure I did it the hard way. Need some instruction on how to copy parts from one photo to another or something like that...would help if I knew what I need to ask.

Judy, hopefully I understood what you want to do.
1. Select the part of the photo you want. 2. Ctrl/Cmmd-J to put your selection on its own layer. 3. Activate the Move tool. 4. Hold down the Alt/Option key and drag the selection.
NOTE:
- When you combine the Move tool with the Alt/Opt key, Elements duplicates your selection as you drag it. - As each duplicate selection is on its own layer, you can copy it, move it around, flip it, etc.

I hope the jar didn't break after you tilted it.
Beautiful images on that site.
