After the last update we had to do something - not sure what - to make Elements run better. I'm blowed if I can remember or find it. After this new update, Elements is running slower and taking forever to save files etc. I'm sure we had to change something to correct this last time.
Can anyone help?

Sepiana . You are a witch! Yes, that was exactly what I was thinking about! However, I don't think that will make much difference as the problem seems to lie within the Editor this time rather than Camera Raw. However, I have remove the line from Acronis and re-added it just in case. I'll keep you posted to see if the problem persists or not.

HappyScot,
Hopefully, changing the Adonis settings will help with the Editor being slow as well. Please, keep us posted! If the problem persists, we can look into other options to improve Elements performance (RAM, History States, etc.)

Not sure if that did the trick or not, but Editor is running much more smoothly now. Logically, removing the .exe file from the list in Acronis and then adding it back in should not have made any difference but...…..fingers crossed it continues.

HappyScot, great news. Thanks for keeping us posted! Keeping my fingers crossed as well. BTW, if the problem persists, we can look into other options to improve Elements performance -- When Elements Goes into a Sluggish Mode.
