I'm flummoxed. I've got a collection of photos which are portrait. I want to put a simple frame around them before uploading to the web. But the frame is landscape. When I turn it it's the picture which turns, not the frame. This means that I then have to reduce the size of the picture to fit the frame. How can I make the frame portrait? I've got loads of these to do.
Do I have to turn all my portrait pictures so that they're landscape before framing them, then turn them back again afterwards?

ChrisAnn, if you just want to rotate the frame layer, . . . 1. Make sure the frame layer is activated in the Layers panel. 2. Apply the appropriate command in the Image>Rotate menu.
