Wow I'd never have guessed that... The coloseum stands for the place "Rome". I inserted the letter H after the first slice (R) =Rhom, and covered the end (e) +bus. Besides the entire picture is a rhombus shape.
When I was a child Rhombus puzzles were very popular and my grandfather taught me how to solve them and make simple ones myself and started my passion for puzzles. Mostly Crosswords. I love the British Cryptics although I never can finish them completely.

Thanks for the explanation. Very cleverly done Rita. I've never heard the word rhombus far less know what it is although thanks to you I know now. Crossword puzzles are not really my thing either and definitely not the Cryptic ones.

Well when you said bus was at the end it clicked for me.....
High School.....Freshman year......Ancient History......the nun would come in ask me a question.....I would never know the answer and she would make me stand for the rest of the class.
Sophmore year......Geometry....same teacher........Aced her exams....knew then there was a God!
Ready for a new one when someone's ready.
