It’s Botticelli’s Venus in the London Eye and a pair of hands so the only thing that came to mind was keep your hands on the wheel (and off Venus) - first bit is a song title I think but As for the rest ... but Helen’s suggestion fits. The hands are of course those of the be-"holder"

Couldn't come up with a suitable phrase but it looked to me like "Praying for winter to be over and spring to be close at hand" which is a sentiment I fully support (being in the middle of winter here!)
