Judy, glad you brought this technique/effect back. I just love it! Followed the tutorial, then . . . - Applied a Color LookUp adjustment layer (Late Sunset). - Applied an Atmospheric texture by Merek Davis (Daydream, Soft Light blending mode, 50% Opacity). - Image from Pixabay.  |
