Thanks for the challenge whippet. I had a great time to myself this morning experimenting to see what to do with it. Applied watercolour filter Then created a coloured cloud overlay using cloud brushes by devirose81 from deviant art and blended with colour blend mode Created a composite layer and applied a black mask and again used the cloud brushes by devirose81 from deviant art to bring back some of the image. Created shadow layer for the two bottom corners. Created a border and reduced the opacity on that layer.

That is brilliant. I would never have imagined seeing anything like that. Nice that you have explained what you did. Not that I understand hardly any of it.

- Created the composite with an image from Pixabay. - Applied the Texturizer filter (Sandstone). - Created the border effect with ON1 Photo RAW (Black Rounded Keyline)

- Ran the file through Luminar (AI Augmented Sky, Mountains). - Applied a Color Lookup adjustment layer by Blake Rudis (Vintage Baby Blue). - Applied a texture by Skeletalmess (Night Faux, Multiply blending mode, 75% Opacity). - Applied a Textural Border by Photomorphis.
