The much maligned and neglected Dandelion, one of our most beautiful flowers, whose only crime is to grow in all the wrong places. Dennis Dennis, this is a very effective composition -- one single Dandelion amidst the blades of grass. It fits your remarks to a T. I love it! BTW, I agree with you on all counts. Personally, I enjoy waking up in the morning and seeing all those cheerful yellow dots all over the green grass. They are the work of Mother Nature, not "criminals".

A walk in the woods today and good to see the trilliums out in flower - the provincial flower of Ontario. Tony Tony, great composition technique -- zooming in, filling the frame, and drawing our eyes to this beauty. Another job well done!
