- Created the composite with images from Pixabay. - Applied a Color Lookup adjustment layer by Blake Rudis (Vintage Baby Blue). - Applied a Luminescent Painterly texture by Jason P. Odell (Overlay blending mode, 100% Opacity). - Applied a Textural Border by Photomorphis.  |

I added the starter to an image that I had taken in Maine..... Helen, nice composite. The rocky beach does give the surfer something to think about. |
