- Used the Multiply blending mode. - Applied a Color Lookup adjustment layer (Futuristic Bleak). - Applied the Find Edges filter (Soft Light blending mode, 100% Opacity). - Applied the Texturizer filter (Sandstone). - Created the border effect with Filter Forge (Picture Fade Border Effects) - Bald eagle -- Pixabay. - Background -- Photo taken by me at Lake Tahoe, CA.  |
