Thanks to those who submitted photos for IOW. Not a lot of images, but good to see lots of participation in other threads.

I have selected two honorable mentions this week: BillieJean's Ghost horses and dandc's Western bluebird portrait.

I like the ghost effect of the horses in front of the mountains. I find it pleasing to look at and the PS work is good.
dandc's western blubird has a painterly portrait appearance..he called ita portrait. Love to soft hues and overall effect.

And the IOW winner is fotofrank with his Lunch Break photo.
Very cool image. Perhaps the man is having a daydream and the images are swirling in his mind. Neat effect that makes the image quite dreamlike.
