Frank, impressive seamlessly blending with the background and color replacement. Do you mind sharing your technique/tool for the color replacement? After making the selection and converting to B&W, I used 16 layers to color the two of them. 1 Layer per color using a blend mode of Color or Soft Light along with a number of Curves and Hue Saturation and adjustment layers to dial in the color. Final touch add a color LUT to the entire image. The background is from last weeks challenge.

Nice Starter Sepiana. Thanks Rita, I really like your rainy day effect. It looks very "real". I'm curious. How did you do the rain? Sepiana, it's from a tutorial by Wendy Williams in PET Magazine of March 12, 2006. "Making simple Instant Rain".
I used it a long time ago to make a couple of textures that I can just drag into an image.
