Hi everyone, Would you like to participate in the Weekly Photo Challenge? Just take a photo that is your interpretation of the theme and post it in this thread. - Your photo(s) should be your own, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else. - Photoshopping is allowed but should be kept to the basics only rather than a total transformation. - Grab your camera, experiment, and, most of all, have fun. NOTE
The idea behind this theme is that you should take your photo(s) IN or AROUND gardens. You have a lot of leeway as to the kind of garden -- indoor/outdoor, private/public, sculpture, vegetable, flower, beer, maze (labyrinth), etc. So, grab your camera and . . . Happy Garden Hunting!

Here's a nearby community garden, comfy chairs for the grown-ups to relax in and a cool airplane for the kids imaginations to soar. Shot this morning. Thanks for the theme Sepiana.

Heard that the lotus blossoms were out so had to take the camera for a visit. It's a beautiful private garden project that the public are welcome to visit - if you can find it! Tony

I don't know if this is quite what was intended, but I still feel that Mother Nature plants some of the finest gardens around. These wild sunflowers grow around this time each year and line the country roads, as if by some divine beautification plan. I was out to shoot tonight's sunset and this was a bonus.

Bill, one very fine example of urban photography. I really like how you composed your shot -- an invitation for us, grown-ups, to follow the path towards relaxation.

Our condo has the most wonderful, dedicated groundskeeper. Every year he plants a garden for our residents. He takes such pride in everything he does....here are some pictures from our little garden plot. Helen, one can see how he takes pride in this garden; he seems to put a lot of thought and time in it.

Rick, a very creative interpretation of this theme with a nod to Mother Nature’s garden. Great image! I feel like I could just reach out and touch those sunflowers.
