I apologize for not responding to your comments and advice, I have been laid low with a stomach bug for the last few days. When Buckskin noted that access via Filters was more convenient than through Automation Tools, I opened an image file and checked Filters, there they were, both Denoise & Sharpen.!!! I checked see if the worked, they did. Unfortunately Photo Zoom was not there, I checked the Automation Tools and Zoom was there. I have managed to access Franzis support through the link Sepiana gave me, and the say I have to upgrade top a later version of Photo-Zoom to be able to access via the Elements Filter folder. Thank you all, I would never have solved the problem, and ended my frustration, without your help. This forum is the best!!! Hi popcorn, No need to apologize! Hope you are feeling better now. Glad to hear your success story. Kudos to you for not giving up! Thanks for bringing these plug-ins to our attention! I have added them to our Plug-ins thread in the Goodies board. As a side note, . . . Most of the third-party plug-ins (.8bf, .plugin on a Mac) are designed to be accessed via the Filter menu. The Automation Tools menu is designed to accommodate those plug-ins such as Photo Zoom which place their access under this menu. Such plug-ins are the exception, not the norm. By default, the Automation Tools menu is greyed out; it's just there "waiting" for you to install such a plug-in.

Hi,
It is very easy to use, almost a few clicks. It works well for me but I am no pro.
