- Created the composite with an image from Pixabay. - Applied Topaz ReStyle (From the Water Below). - Applied a texture by Paree (Beyond the Deep, Multiply blending mode, 75% Opacity). - Created the border with ON1 Photo RAW (Ghosted Border Dark).  |
