- Created the composite with an image from Pixabay. - Applied Topaz ReStyle (From the Water Below). - Applied a texture by Paree (Beyond the Deep, Multiply blending mode, 75% Opacity). - Created the border with ON1 Photo RAW (Ghosted Border Dark).

- Created the background with a texture by Jai Johnson (Ocean Blues). - Applied an Adobe Paper Texture Pro (Atlantic, Overlay blending mode, 100% Opacity). - Created the Moving Photo effect with PSE 2021 (Zoom In-Out).
