Male Variegated Meadowhawk Dragonfly kdcintx, an example of minimalist photography taken to another level (with the bonus of a die-for DOF). Great job!

Thought B&W would work for a minimalist photo taken while driving around trying out a new lens that arrived in the mail today - a 12mm wide angle from 7Artisans for my Fuji. Manual focus and the camera and the lens won't talk to each other but at a price I couldn't resist! Seems to work just fine. If you are looking for inspiration for this theme a good place to look is the Minimalist Photo Awards site and their 2020 winners Interesting theme and I hope to be back with more Tony, simply beautiful! All the compositional elements coming together to yield an impressive image.

Minimalism with miniatures. Thanks for the theme Sepiana. I hope to add more this week. Bill, you never cease to surprise me. Great job putting your "little" friends to work. Hang this image on the wall and the conversation will start. Awesome!

One more - in colour this time: Tony, this is definitely minimalist photography. I love the bright colors of the leaf; they catch our attention.

Quick shot from an iPhone Pete, it may be a quick shot but it's a good one. It fits this week's theme to a T.

Inspired by Helen's "red leaf and old wood" submission. Highbush Cranberry ( Viburnum trilobum) berries in snow. Clive, perfect interpretation of this week's theme. You raised the bar here!

Amur Maple ( Acer ginnala) seeds Clive, showing your subject in B&W was a good ideal The final result was an eye-pleasing image, one with geometric lines.
