Well it's not Lola's Lounge, but at least the Indian restaurant was open for take out. (If the sign looks familiar, the restaurant moved into an old Quizno's Subs location several years ago, the sign was there and it gave them one less thing to do before opening.) Thanks for the theme kdcintx, and for hosting the challenge Sepiana! Bill, I really like the angle (viewpoint) of this shot. It's different and draws the viewer's attention. |

As you begin to see the pink neon glow from blocks away you start to think that fun times lie ahead. And then you see that it's a hardware store which is a special kind of fun times. Regardless ... it's nice neon! Bill, great finding -- neon sign + hardware store. And the details? Amazing. Definitely worth a place in your gallery of urban scenes. |
