- Took the file into ON1 Photo RAW (Cinematic > Night for Day).
- Applied a texture by Jason P. Odell (Luminescent Painterly, Multiply blending mode, 75% Opacity).
- Created the frame effect with Filter Forge (Image Mask Frame).
