I noticed the sun casting shadows on the wall. It inspired me to gather up a variety of objects that would create interesting shapes. Helen, very creative. Your approach has also yielded some interesting silhouettes.

Backrest of a park bench. January 18, 2021. Clive, great finding. These shapes seem to be hypnotic (as if they are moving).

Under the chip shop counter..! Jim, glad you looked under there. Interesting shapes and great use of perspective in your composition.

Some more interesting shapes at a local playground Tony, they are definitely interesting shapes -- lots of curvy lines. At first glance, I thought this was some kind of public art.

Yesterday afternoon I took some pictures that emphasized the shapes that could be seen in local homes. Helen, great finding. You captured quite a variety of shapes.

I'll go free-form with a tangle of ramen. Thanks for the theme Sepiana! Bill, what an intriguing image! This is the kind that makes one go back to it and is bound to be a conversation piece.

Hobby OMP M2 3D Helicopter has endless shapes Jim, it does indeed and its shapes are very unusual. Perfect for this theme!

Three wedge shapes, which are especially attractive because they are wedges of blackberry and apple pie and are about to be eaten as the climax of our dinner tonight. Brenda Brenda, what a great and shapely subject! And one which abides by the Rule of Odds (3 wedges). I love it!

A collection of shapes outside a local steel fabricator Tony, beautiful shot -- different shapes, bold colors, architectural design. Great finding!
