- Applied a pattern from Pixabay (Material, Color blending mode, 100% Opacity). - Applied Topaz Glow (Punched II). - Applied a texture from Skeletalmess (Book Inlay, Multiply blending mode, 100% Opacity). - Applied an Outer Glow layer style (Radioactive). - Created the border effect with Filter Forge (Artistic Noise Frame).

- Created the composite with an image from Pixabay. - Ran my Pencil Sketch action. - Applied an Adobe Paper Texture Pro (Creme Anglaise, Multiply blending mode, 50% Opacity).

Sepiana 's images reminded me of the Stained Glass Effect challenge from over 4 years ago (yikes!) so I thought I would give it a try on this image.

Thanks! I was wondering which one you were referring to, as we were typing at nearly the same time, but guessed it was Gumby as that one is the most fun!
BTW, not that anyone asked, but I used the background eraser tool to reveal the one image through the grass.
