I like how your enhanced lighting gives a more dramatic look to the image, makes the little bird stand out more.

A second attempt at this. Image from Pixabay. Pink Camelia. I followed the original instructions then added a pink coloured radial gradient with a soft light blend mode at 70% opacity.
