Three border brush layers Frank, would you please elaborate on how you achieved this kind of border? I really like it and have been trying to replicate it but so far no luck. Thanks in advance!

I just duplicated the layer twice and transformed it to get the nested effect. Brush settings

That was fun - needed a bit of brightening up so played around with a flower brush, hue jitter and some strokes and layer styles. Excellent challenge as I'm very unskilled in the art of manipulating brushes so this is a good way to learn a bit more. Tony

Thanks Frank for a very useful and easy way to create a frame or border. The possibilities are endless. kdcintx, isn't that the truth? Frank has a knack to write such tutorials. I love your border! Would you please share some details about it?
I used brush 47 (blue) and brush 48 (white) in the assorted brush category

Image from Stocksnap. I used a diamond outline brush for the border with a small bevel applied.
