I could not find - set the blend mode to Overlay. So here is my effort without it.
edit - I have reduced the size twice, but it still comes on this big.

Regarding the size, I am really out of my depth here, but here is my guess. It looks like the image you uploaded has a width greater than 640 pixels, so the image is down-sized to 640 pixels wide. Because the height is greater than the width in this case, it displays as quite tall. I have no way to find out if imgbb changed their algorithm for the thumbnails presented, but it could be that they used to limit the height, and now they are limiting the width. Again, that is just a guess.
