Using PSE on a Tablet

Hello, PSE fans!

I mostly use PSE on my Microsoft Surface with the attached keyboard, but I'd like to use it as a drawing tablet too, without the keyboard. However, a number of functions require a keyboard (like Clone Stamp). I installed Tablet Pro (vers 2), which I think was free, but I see there's a new version of Tablet Pro, wondering whether it's worth the update.

I'm wondering what others are using.
