Used Mike's Kaleidoscope action. Took the first result and ran it again. Placed one on top of the other and used the subtract blend mode.....that's where the aqua came from.

Enlarged the image with gigapixel. Created the composite with a rainy image that I had taken....added a rain overlay.

Thanks, kdcintx. I liked the way it came out, too. I have been playing with a simple little add-on to Photoshop called stylize. It is the PSCC oil painting filter that has created the etched look.
