You got another classic Mustang. I am not well versed on them enough to make an educated guess about the year model.

I am not well versed on them enough to make an educated guess about the year model. Me too, but a quick check would seem to indicate a 1967 ... based on the side scoops ... maybe. Nice car Helen.

Not quite a Mustang. Spreading composted manure just west of our house this afternoon.

Managed another sunrise this morning Nice Helen. Aren't sunrises and sunsets special? I went out at sunrise this morning and it was good as well. Unfortunately, I missed the best "pink" part .. will post later.

Was scrolling thru Facebook this morning and it seems the sunrise was special in a lot of places this morning. Taken across the road looking back toward our house that is about under the tallest trees.

Your water reflection is beautiful, Clive. What I really should do is to go down to the beach in the morning....

Spreading composted manure just west of our house this afternoon. Hope you had an East wind! That sounds like the voice of experience; I sure wouldn't want to try to sleep on the lee side of that. When they pump the ponds around here, you can wipe it off your lips; thankfully, we live a few miles too far for it to affect us.

Ooops. Forgot I posted a sunrise photo way earlier today. Oh well. Friday Night Highschool Football. Our grandson played well this evening. Made three nice catches and I captured one quite well...not below. (I am not a football fan at all but he's my only grandson, right?) Took 1,515 photos of the team. #92

"Hope you had an East wind!"
Most manure applied here has been composted and has little smell. Having said that, there are half a million feedlot cattle within 30 minutes to the north and NW. That can get ripe. Fortunately, our prevailing winds are south westerlies.

I am not a football fan at all. Me neither; I had rather be made pick peppers in 100-degree heat than sit through half of any kind of ball game (and Carl Rubarts said he had rather be put in the penitentiary than be made pick peppers and I have to agree). Regardless, whatever the genre, you NAIL IT; you set a high bar for those mere mortals like myself. As much as I abhor sports, I will say this, photographing sports is probably the best photography education one can get. Constantly and erratically moving targets and horrible lighting coming from all directions (if it is dark), make for some tough situations. If one can conquer sports photography, then anything else should fall right into place. Maybe I will start hitting the rodeos, or maybe start going to the rooster fights --- plenty of action there, both in and out of the ring. I bet if I stood up with a camera at the rooster fights, my camera would be smashed and I would be found at the bottom of the rock quarry twenty years later.
