- Created the composite with images from Pixabay. - Took the file into Topaz Studio (Watercolor). - Applied a Watercolor-Vibrant texture by Meredith Images (Rainbow, Soft Light blending mode, 50% Opacity). - Applied an Adobe Paper Texture Pro (Raw Linen, Overlay blending mode, 50% Opacity). - Created the frame effect with a layer style by Jodi Frye.  |
