I will probably do quite a few of these as I would like to *try* to imbed it in my brain for future use.
You have said you do not use Elements any more, so I am curious if this technique works in Photoshop as well.

For this one I added a drop shadow to the text to float it above the grass, and used Elements+ to achieve the "fully justified" text.

Excellent usage of this technique Lillias ! The text doesn't intrude, and yet is intimate with the rose.

For my project, Tom had suggested I right justify my text to get a cleaner look against the photo, but I wanted the left edge to be justified. In PSE, there is no option of the text tool to justify both edges of text, but there is a keyboard shortcut. First highlight the text, then: On a Mac, it's Shift/Command/J On a PC, I believe it's Shift/Control/J I like it better with the right edge justified and I still get my left justification.
The only downside to both edges being justified, you get those gaps in the text - you can manually somewhat mitigate that, but, really, you can't fix it all - it's either both edges are justified or not because the text will not be equally long on each line.

Oh! I just tried it and that is so very much easier; thank you for that shortcut Janice!
You are right about the potential downside; it works best when there is a lot of text so the gap adjustments are not so apparent. I play with small changes of the font size to see if that re-formats the text to a more pleasing layout.

More about using text boxes:Realize you can manipulate these specialty text boxes using the move tool just as you would any text box. Select the text first so the size and shape of the text stays as it should be - then use the move tool to manipulate the text box. The lines of text will shift as you change the size/shape of the text box. If you merely wish to make your text larger, do not highlight the text before changing the size of the text box. Realize, if you pull at the sides of the text box, the font will get fatter - if you do it at the top, the text will get taller. If you want it to stay even but just grow larger - it's just like any graphic, you need to use the corner arrows to maintain proportion. Your specialty text box and the text box you create using the text tool operate the same.
To create a text box using the text tool, grab the text tool, hold down the left mouse button and drag out a box. Click inside the text box to paste text or to start typing new text.

And just did this one after seeing Lillias' rose.....reading Tom's comment and using Janice's tip for justifying the text.
