I don't know what the problem is but I am unable to download the PET magazine. I am paid up and logged in. If I go to download the extras I get the usual message to either Open or Save. When I click on the Magazine to download it as a PDF I do not get the message to open or save and it just shows up for me to read right then. I downloaded both the June and July issues with no problems & tell it to save to my Documents Library. Should I still be asking you for help or should I go to the PET site. ? Thanks. Storm |

Hi Storm,
So the magazine issue opens for you? If so, you should just be able to hover around the bottom right of the issue and a small tool bar should appear, enabling you to save the file.
I just access the magazine through the email link that I get sent; have you tried it this way yet?

I think it's something wrong. All the magazines are available exept the july issue.
When i click on it, I get a 404 error.
EDIT:
I used the top menu bar, and found the issue there to download.

I just clicked the link from the email & then saved it to my iPhone. Although it's small I'm quite comfortable reading it & it's more portable than my desktop computer!

What is the email link you mention. I've never received that and my subscription has not expired yet.

It was an e-mail announcing that a new issue of the magazine had been released and gave the link to it. If you haven't received this e-mail, you may want to check your profile at PET, to make sure you are in their e-mailing list or that PET has your current e-mail address.

You also might want to check your junk folder....my email came June 26th if that helps you search.

FWIW, I'm a subscriber. and while I got emails about the magazine extras, I did not get one about the magazine itself.

Ditto Jancy; the header in the image said "Photo Elements Techniques Newsletter". The extras emails have the same date on them.
