Hi everyone, Would you like to participate in the Weekly Photo Challenge? Just take a photo that is your interpretation of the theme and post it in this thread. The rules are rather simple.
- Your photo(s) should be your own, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else. - Photoshopping is allowed but should be kept to the basics only rather than a total transformation. - Grab your camera, experiment, and, most of all, have fun.

Not as exciting as a new watch....but I thought the patterns on these new boxes of tissues would make an interesting B/W image.

Maybe an odd choice of something new - but of great significance to us rural folk - optical fibre cable on the way and promising much faster connections to the rest of the world. Tony

Are those buses under the TV..! Part of my collection of model buses. I love transport of all kinds and enjoy lots of "Running Days" on vintage buses. i.ibb.co/51KmsPw/Buses-CU.jpgMatthew

Fancy shoes jackscrap ! My DIL bought me a huge coffee mug for Christmas...more of a small pail. It holds over 800 ml or more than three regular cups. That's a normal cup on the left. It holds way too much coffee for me ... I drink just one regular large mug of coffee in the morning. But I make a huge tea in it most afternoons.

Jan got something new delivered this evening. I don't know what it is, but I got home as the Amazon person was leaving so I could say thanks. Thanks for the theme Sepiana!

I thought the patterns on these new boxes of tissues would make an interesting B/W image. Helen, and you were quite right. They do. Nice job on the B&W conversion.

My wonderful new TV and stand - a Christmas gift from my parents. I am very lucky! Matthew Matthew, and what wonderful parents you have! Great job capturing their Christmas gift with a sharp and colorful image.

Tony, I donโt find it an odd choice. Itโs a great example of thinking out of the box. I really like your interpretation of "Anything New".
