- Ran the file through PhotoSpiralysis. - Applied the Glowing Edges filter (Subtract blending mode, 50% Opacity). - Applied the Lighting Effects filter. - Created the frame effect with Filter Forge (Matching Frame).  |

Other than the water reflection nothing was added to the image. Every thing just appeared thru layers and blend modes.

Rotated and flipped a few times then cropped square and applied a rotation filter from filter forge and finished off with a neural style transfer filter:  Tony |

You have really tested me with this photo whippet...tried several things and wasn’t happy with any of them however I eventually came up with this and I am going to run with it. I used the Panos Fan action 2016v1 to which I added a background of the sea from morguefile, and an overlay of some sand from ‘the Voice of the Sea’ kit by Lavender Designs. I applied a small drop shadow and a bevel effect to the fan. I also applied a radial gradient over the top and masked away the centre of that gradient to reveal more of the central object again.  |

Wow. First time back on the computer, and this was certainly worth waiting for. I didn't have a clue what I would have done - probably changed the background. A lot of thought, and hard work has gone into these posts. Thank you all very much. You have made my day.  |
