Used the tutorial and then used art brushes and textures to achieve this effect. Lots of fun!
Very nice Pat, the OOB effect is really a special extension!

- Took the file into Topaz Clean (Curly Sharp). - Applied the Poster Edges filter. - Applied the Texturizer filter (Burlap). - Created the frame with Filter Forge (Matching Frame). - Images from Pixabay.  |

Off topic - Sepiana your image is another good reason to use a imgbb account and post the full BB Code link. I am assuming these original images were tack sharp and I just tried three pairs of glasses to make sure it wasn't me. |
