Hi everyone, Would you like to participate in the Weekly Photo Challenge? Just take a photo that is your interpretation of the theme and post it in this thread. The rules are rather simple.
- Your photo(s) should be your own, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else. - Photoshopping is allowed but should be kept to the basics only rather than a total transformation. - Grab your camera, experiment, and, most of all, have fun.

I can see this bridge from my balcony and thought I would shoot it when the lights first came on tonight. However, when I got to the spot that I thought would work for catching some nice water reflections....you couldn't see the bridge. I then decided to drive to the other side of the bridge and looked for a place to take a picture. With no tripod, I set the camera on the roof of the car and then processed using DXO Pure Prime. From the balcony..... That's our condo in the background.

So picturesque, Dennis. Love those shadows, Frank. Great idea, Brenda!

I can't decide if this could be described as a bridge, or not. I was on the very high footbridge when I took this. I think the steelworkers must have been drunk when they built it.

Bascule bridge at entrance to Surrey Water in Rotherhithe Street in London Docklands. The Thames Path crosses the bridge as it travels east from Tower Bridge to Greenwich., a walk we often enjoy. i.ibb.co/sy21ysv/Bridge.jpgMatthew

Portland's iconic Hawthorne Bridge. 30-sec exposure, f8, ISO 160, 14-stop ND And some morning Tai Chi under the Marquam Bridge.
And one more just for grins. Thanks for the theme Sepiana!

Ships have bridges too - in this case the ferry Jiimaan (which means canoe in Ojibwe I believe) And from under the bridge to the US Tony

The name of this road has always puzzled me but I never took the time to look it up until today. It seems that I'm not the only one who could only identify four (and one is easy to miss).

Helen, that was a wise decision. The bridge takes center stage in the second image. I really like its warm (golden) tones. Nicely done!

Two bridges in one, captured today during an unexpectedly fine afternoon stroll. Dennis Dennis, beautiful image. Such a serene scene! Very creative shooting angle, capturing the two bridges.

The flower bridge in town Frank, great image on more than one count -- symmetry, shadows, leading lines. Well done!
