- Took the file into AKVIS Frames (Overlay Effects). - Ran my Old-Fashioned Hand-Tinting action. - Applied a texture by Meredith Images (Smoky Rose, Soft Light blending mode, 100% Opacity).  |

The background paper was a freebie but I can’t remember from where... I used the free 2 Pencils action from MCP Actions on the photo and then extracted the subject and placed on the background paper. Then I placed a grunge half tone overlay from Design Bundles on top with reduced opacity and using a layer mask masked off most of it from over the baby and basket. Then I introduced shadow frame from HiClipart and reduced opacity on it too. Added text and was done.  |
