As always there were so many wonderful photos to peruse and agonize over, I hope I haven't made that sound like it was a bad thing....making a decision about those that caught my eye and why helps me appreciate the talent we have here in our new home, and that's always a good thing. Hope you too, enjoy the following selections.
Cherry Blooms / Storkington - I enjoyed everything about this image, from the subtleness of the colours to all the delicate details.
Portrait of a man / Craftysnapper - I've never met this gentleman with the wry smile, but your sensitive portrait makes me feel like he's an old friend. I feel his warmth and sense of humour through your lens, love your work.
Almost B&W / dandc - I'm a big fan of filling the whole frame and you chose a perfect subject and colour scheme.
Tryptych of Daisies / srmoment - The original version of this image caught my eye, but I really like how you turned it into this wonderful piece of art.
Image of the Week goes to -
Portrait of a young boy / drjoerogers - This image just makes my heart melt, I hope his visit to the Dr's turned out well.

Terrific images and a great announcement post, Jackie! The runner-ups are all great but it would be tough to top the outstanding portrait by Dr.Joe! Congratulations one and all!
