From an idea at Digital Scrapper - I made my own template I was trying to make this into an entire scrapbook page, but no matter what I tried, it didn't "sing" - so I cropped it to the template alone It's two layers of the same photo - -opacity reduced on bottom layer, white layer beneath the reduced layer - to fill and brighten -top layer clipped to template Fonts: Autography Regular (Journaling) - Athelas Bold Italic (Title) Title was also clipped to the photo - bevel added for definition photo: cats4jan |

Remember - most fonts can use the presets that are available with the type tool - bold, italics, underline, strike through They are in tool options - which will show up when you choose the type tool to use them, you must have the text highlighted or choose the option prior to typing your text  |

Helen - I think I like the strips with the added layer style better than my original (yes, I have a layer style, but with not as much definition as yours) - great job.

Our weather has been very erratic of late. Thanks you, cats4jan. I used your image as a template....too lazy to measure out the strips. |

Well, Helen, I, too, used another's page as a template so I wouldn't have to measure out the strips. Worked like a charm.
