Well I think I've been inadvertantly 'scraplifting' without knowing it, nice to be able to give it a name! Regardless, this is quite a pretty page with good use of your flower background to compliment the framed image.
I really must get into trying out the wordart technique more often, what you've done here is a lovely addition to the page.
