I'm going for the ugliest symmetry here. It is a crop of the view I see whenever I look out of my office/computer room window. It's the siding of the house next door. And you are lucky I didn't show what it looks like when the sun is shining on it! cjt

Under the St Johns Bridge. Thanks for choosing my theme suggestion Sepiana. Bill, great job! A symmetrical subject coupled with a fill-the-frame composition. Shooting from under the bridge was a bonus.

Frank, it's not easy to find nature-made symmetry but you met the challenge. Great image! The details are amazing!

Reflective symmetry Radial or rotational symmetry Clive, great finding! A mix of symmetries -- man-made and courtesy of Mother Nature. Well done!

Lots of symmetry in this church built in 1899: And as said earlier nature tends to be symmetric like this Queen Anne's Lace flower cluster. Tony, you have a knack for symmetrical subject/composition. These two images are proof of that. My favorite is the church image. Great job capturing its architectural details.

My cat often sits on my desk when I'm editing pics . Pete, very creative. There is indeed symmetry on his (her?) face. Beautiful image of a beautiful cat!

These two photos were shot at a lake that's less than 2 miles from my home (so expect to see more from Lake Horicon). The first version is how it looked...the second one is my submission. Vicki, Mother Nature was on your side with her symmetry. I favor the the first version, the one your camera "saw". Such a peaceful scenery! And . . . welcome to the WP challenge! In a nutshell, . . . - A new theme is posted every Monday. - You grab your camera and take a photo to interpret the theme. - There is no posting deadline. What is the Weekly Photo Challenge?

Chiswick House in west London, very pleasing on the eye. Brenda Brenda, you found an example of architectural symmetry and composed your shot in a very symmetrical way. Another job well done!
