This page really consists of a background paper with the photo of the girl enlarged and blended into the bottom corner.
Used the shape tool to draw out some triangle shapes. On two of those shapes I placed a gradient, two of the shapes I clipped to another paper and the remaining two shapes I clipped to the photos.
I then added some additional bits as adornments for the page such as the flowers and leaves.
