Excellent !
You know....., you might just have saved me some looking; I photographed a butterfly today that just might be the same.
But then, that is the trouble with identifying butterflies; one little spot more or less and it will be a different make and model; it's enough to make a man go over the hill talking to hisself....
Oh...., and one more butterfly gripe = they all have these beautiful wings and then the instant they light somewhere, they immediately clap their wings together; when they open them up, they are already gone; it is a rare treat to capture a shot with open wings.
These people who post them for the identification sites must catch them with a net and drug them ... maybe put some Valium or Zanax (Zannie the nanny) in their sugar-water.

Really pretty Clive, makes me want to visit the butterfly house at the zoo where the inmates generally delight in displaying themselves.
