My afternoon walk, I happened to be looking down at the swans Jim, what a looking-down! It’s like a panoramic one. Great job!

Experimenting with square format.... Helen, nice one. These two images could also do double duty as an entry for WPC #141 – Cropped Square. Thought this view into the contents of the truck was rather unique. Yes, indeed. You were at the right place to look down at its contents. Quite an unusual subject!

You have to look down to find Frank, beautiful image! Great details and colors. Good thing you looked down and found this critter.

Street graffiti. Thanks for the theme Tony and Sepiana! Bill, perfect choice of subject for a looking-down shot. I love the simplistic composition! Great example of less is more.

Not the best of shots as my phone camera was all I had and doesn't do well in dim lighting but this was looking down at the thrust stage of a new theatre that opened this year in Stratford, Ontario. The stage was set up for a performance of Death and the King's Horseman. Tony, you did a good job despite the circumstances. I really like how you also captured the audience looking down.

One more - Looking Downriver - it's also looking down low after a long dry spell here. Tony, beautiful Looking-Down -- colorful, leading lines, and elements of visual interest from foreground to background.

Kind of messy, but I loved the little groups of bubbles. Taken looking almost straight down into this backwater area along the South Platte River. Rick, I love it too! You ended up with an eye-catching image, which is worthy of a place on the wall.

Peering down from the Thames Path at the ebbing tide, I found myself unexpectedly looking down at my own shadow. Perfect for this week's theme. Brenda Brenda, I quite agree -- perfect is the word. Including your shadow in the shot was a stroke of genius. I love the painterly look you achieved!

Another shot from today's walk in London, this time showing the very modern, brutalist style of the Jubilee Line at Westminster Underground Station. Brenda Brenda, this is an image to hang on the wall -- looking down, leading lines, symmetry, amazing details. You definitely captured the brutalist aspect of your subject!
