Opened in Affinity Photo. Took into Topaz Studio 2 and applied the line ink filter. Back in Affinity Photo I applied the detect edges filter which I inverted and then applied the Linear Burn blend mode. Created a stamped layer. Applied the emboss filter and blended with Colour Burn blend mode. Applied levels and curves adjustment layers to finish.  |

Jacki...I had wanted to do a 'Thumbelina' type image, but didn't have time to really search for stock photos to fit...you gave me the idea to create a background in MidJourey AI to use...here it is.
Changed the color of her dress to a soft purpley one. Added wings from Adobe Stock. Voila...she's waiting for her prince!

Tom...it already IS special... I have one more for this. I used Topaz Studio (the original) with Texture Effects. Applied a grunge texture (not sure which one) and liked the result. I masked most of the texture off her face and cloned some of the texture close to her legs (there was a gap for some reason).  |
